Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Part Time - Hybrid

Responsibilities

- Oversee and design individualized treatment plans that align with real-life situations. - Provide direct supervision and mentorship to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). - Work closely with families to establish meaningful goals, track progress, and celebrate successes. - Ensure all care is conducted ethically and in accordance with best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). - Collaborate with a clinical team to contribute your insights, ideas, and vision.

Requirements

- Must hold a BCBA certification. - Experience working with children or adolescents diagnosed with autism. - A caring attitude and a strong ability to make data-driven decisions. - Excellent communication skills and a positive, approachable demeanor.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field. - Master’s degree preferred. - Current license to practice as a BCBA in Texas.

Skills

- Strong organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in using ABA software and tools. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
