Start Date: August 2026 for the 26/27 school year
Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week
Grade Levels: K-12 students (district wide)
Credentials: National BCBA Certification and IL LBA License required
Compensation: Starting at $48/hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: St. Charles, IL - Onsite Only

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
- Provide direct behavior analysis services, including functional communication training, discrete trial training, and naturalistic teaching strategies, to students with ASD and related disorders.
- Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers, to implement behavior intervention plans and ensure consistency across settings.
- Train school staff and families on behavior management strategies, data collection methods, and behavior intervention techniques, providing ongoing support and supervision as needed.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of behavior assessments, intervention plans, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings, providing behavior analysis expertise and recommendations for educational programming and services.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a behavior analyst in the state of practice.
- Previous experience working as a BCBA or behavior analyst in a school or educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, methods, and techniques, with a focus on applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions for individuals with ASD and related disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, families, school staff, and related service providers.
- Proficiency in assessment, data collection, and data analysis techniques.
