What You’ll Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify behavior drivers.
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Collect, analyze, and use behavioral data to guide decisions and measure progress.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), staff, and caregivers.
  • Provide classroom consultation and model evidence-based behavior strategies.
