Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Responsibilities

• Support clients by developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Work directly with clients and model strategies for technicians and caregivers
• Collect and analyze data to guide progress
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals
• Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing clinical reviews
• Maintain documentation that’s ethical, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant

Requirements

• A passion for helping individuals with autism and developmental needs
• A strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection
• Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• A commitment to ethical, culturally respectful care
• Completion of New Mexico's background check registry

Qualifications

• A credentialed BCBA in good standing
