Pay
$95–$120 per billable hour. The more you take on, the more you earn.
What You'll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Supervise and support assigned RBTs
- Collaborate with parents, daycare staff, and school teams to ensure consistent care
Support You'll Have
- A supportive Clinical Director
- Dedicated back-office staff for scheduling, intake, and authorizations
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification (state licensure where required)
- Experience working with children with ASD
- Comfort working independently in homes, daycares, and schools
