About the role

The BCBA Supervisor at Autism Behavioral Center (ABC) is responsible for overseeing a manageable caseload of approximately 10 to 12 clients, conducting intake assessments, developing and supervising individualized treatment plans, and mentoring Behavior Technicians in both home and clinic settings. This role offers ongoing clinical mentorship and collaboration with the Clinical Director and leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct intake assessments for newly referred potential clients
  • Develop, implement, and revise individualized behavior support and skill acquisition plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Behavior Technicians and ABA Coordinators
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and ongoing assessment
  • Complete documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements
  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers using compassionate, assent based ABA practices
  • Maintain consistent communication with families via direct supervision, email, and phone
  • Review documentation and provide feedback to ensure clinical quality and compliance
  • Actively contribute to a positive, supportive work environment that values collaboration and professional growth

Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • Active BCBA certification
  • LABA or ability to obtain licensure in Massachusetts
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in ABA services
  • Experience working closely with parents and families
  • Strong clinical judgment, organization, and communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and assent based ABA practices
