About the role
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for two of our preschool locations in New York:
- Howard Haber ELC - 2300 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10462
- Esther Ashkenas ELC - 450 W 56th St, New York, NY 10019
The BCBA ensures quality and consistency in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services through training and supervision of staff, implementing outcome measures, and participating in educational planning meetings.
Responsibilities
- Supervise development and implementation of ABA services to ensure quality and consistency.
- Establish data collection systems for measuring, analyzing, and reporting on academic, social, and behavioral performance.
- Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning, and parent clinics as needed.
- Provide expert supervision to staff based on current knowledge of theory, research, and best practices in developmental disabilities and autism spectrum disorders.
- Lead Functional Analysis processes as required.
- Travel to school sites on a regular basis.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Special Education, Social Work, or a related human services field.
- BCBA Certification required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.
Schedule
- Full-time or part-time available (Monday–Friday, 3 days per week).
- Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- 10-month program with a 30-day summer session.
Pay
Annual salary range: $87,409–$90,640.
