Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

About the role

Lead behavior analysis programs in schools and community settings. Provide individualized support to students with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs
• Train staff and families in behavior analysis techniques
• Evaluate program effectiveness and make adjustments as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Experience working with individuals with autism and/or developmental disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities
