Responsibilities
- Supervising, coaching, and performing intensive interventions with children with autism within the methodology of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Oversight of the development, training, and implementation of plans to reduce challenging behavior.
- Conducting initial and ongoing normed and criterion-based assessments.
- Analyzing data and making treatment recommendations based on assessments.
- Monthly supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Report writing as required.
- Parent training and ongoing family support to each family assigned.
- Completing billing forms/documentation as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A graduate of an accredited college or university with a Master’s degree in special education, psychology, social work, counseling or closely related field.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with children with autism.
