Qualifications
- BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Prominent experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings.
- Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
- Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
- Excellent data analysis skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
