Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and Connecticut Behavior Analyst license must be in good standing (or license-eligible).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prominent experience working with children or adolescents in school or educational settings.
  • Skilled in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers.
  • Excellent data analysis skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills.
