Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Harrisonburg area

About the role

As a Compass BCBA, you will:

• Work with a small caseload of 6-11 clients, allowing you to focus on quality over quantity.
• Use evidence-based ABA and complementary practices to oversee treatment plans, train caregivers, and enhance family engagement to maximize impact and results.
• Career advancement paths, with leadership roles available throughout the state

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and maintain accurate documentation using our streamlined systems.
• Work in a diverse range of settings (home, community, and clinic).

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Virginia licensure (or eligibility within one month of hire).
• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Driver’s license with 1+ years of driving experience.
• Experience working with children or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
