The VP of Clinical Quality and Training, Liza Bodner, led the team that developed the Gracent Care Calculator, a peer-reviewed clinical tool that recommends treatment intensity based on the child’s needs. This means that you don’t have to advocate for good practice; you just practice.
How you'll keep growing
- Free in-house CEUs (BACB ACE Provider)
- Co-treatment with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers on the same cases
- A defined advancement path, not a future goal
What you'll do
- Serve as a supervisor for RBTs
- Write and monitor individualized, assent-based, neuro-affirming treatment plans
- Conduct your own assessments and intakes
- Mentor and train RBTs and newer BCBAs
- Collaborate with families and other professionals live
What you'll work with
- Standardized assessments: ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Vineland
- FBA and BIPs tailored to the child
- The Care Calculator and outcome-measurement tools (STEP Score, Report Cards)
- Parent and caregiver training as a core part of every plan
What you bring
- BCBA certification, licensed in IL and in good standing
- Strong clinical judgment and clear, proactive communication
- Genuine commitment to children and families navigating autism and developmental needs
- Ability to perform essential functions such as sitting, standing, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 45 lbs
What it pays
- Competitive base salary
- $50/hour bonus for billable hours above 29/week, paid biweekly
- Total compensation $82,000—$110,000 USD
