Responsibilities

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to behavior technicians
  • Deliver caregiver training and family support
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven treatment decisions
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and community partners
  • Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and treatment integrity
  • Stay current on evidence-based ABA practices and industry standards

Requirements

  • Current BCBA certification in good standing
  • Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Strong communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to ethical, high-quality care and positive outcomes
