Pay
- Total Compensation: Base salary $85,000 - $95,000 + quarterly performance incentives (up to $12,000 annually).

Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure consistent, high-quality ABA service delivery.
- Conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment goals, and create engaging, evidence-based intervention plans.
- Lead monthly family and caregiver training sessions to empower families with ABA strategies for long-term success.
- Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to integrate holistic care for clients.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or a related field.
- Active BCBA Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Strong passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.
