Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical oversight and supervision RBTs to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Oversee program quality, ensuring compliance with BACB, state, and insurance guidelines.
  • Lead staff training, performance reviews, and clinical meetings to promote growth and excellence.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions and ensure progress.
  • Uphold ethical and professional standards as outlined by the BACB and state regulations.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Eligible or currently licensed as a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supervising clinical staff and overseeing ABA programs.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a collaborative and supportive work culture.
  • Ability to commute to or relocate to Katy, TX prior to employment.

Work Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday. No evenings or weekends required.

Compensation

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
