Clinical Director / Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We’re seeking an experienced BCBA for a Clinical Director / leadership position in a growing, privately owned ABA organization in the Fort Worth area. This role blends clinical leadership, coaching, project management, and hands-on problem solving. The ideal candidate keeps clinical teams moving, upholds exceptionally high standards of care, holds people accountable, and steps in personally when the team needs support. Lead & Manage the BCBA Team

• Oversee day-to-day clinical workloads of the organization’s BCBAs and ensure important clinical deliverables are completed
• Review BCBA client workloads
• Establish and monitor clinical deadlines
• Ensure treatment plans and updates are completed accurately and on time
• Monitor development of clinical materials and programming
• Help BCBAs prioritize responsibilities
• Maintain accountability across in-person and remote work
• Support clinicians when challenges arise
• Create a culture of communication, ownership, and follow-through

Handle Clinical Overflow

• Assist with new clients while additional BCBAs are being hired
• Temporarily absorb cases when necessary
• Provide clinical coverage during staffing transitions
• Help build new caseloads
• Ensure families continue receiving high-quality care during periods of growth or change

Own Quality Control

• Stay connected to what is actually happening with clients rather than managing exclusively from behind a desk
• Visit at least one client per BCBA each week when practical to:
  • Maintain familiarity with clients and families
  • Evaluate treatment quality
  • Observe clinical implementation
  • Identify potential problems early
  • Ensure parents receive excellent communication and support
• Maintain consistently high clinical standards

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification
• Texas LBA or eligibility for Texas licensure
• Strong ABA clinical background
• Leadership, supervisory, or clinical management experience strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational and project-management skills
• Ability to manage competing clinical priorities
• Strong interpersonal and family-communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate directly with executive leadership
