SkyCare ABA is a collaborative and innovative pediatric ABA therapy agency seeking an experienced BCBA to join our dynamic team as an Assistant Clinical Director. This leadership role is designed for a BCBA ready to support clinical excellence and help shape the future of ABA care within a supportive, forward-thinking organization. Our mission is changing children's lives, one child at a time.

We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients
  • Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach
  • Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior strategies at home
  • Stay up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis

Requirements

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children with special needs, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
  • Proficient in conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans
  • Experience in data collection and analysis for monitoring progress and making treatment decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and other professionals
