About the role
The Service Concierge plays an important role in delivering the exceptional BMW experience by greeting guests upon arrival, assisting with the service drive, coordinating vehicle flow, and supporting the Service team.
Responsibilities

- Support the Service team in ensuring every customer receives outstanding care

- Valid driver's license required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Pay
The hourly pay range is $18–$22 per hour, based on experience.
Schedule
This is a full-time position with a schedule of 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
