About the role
The BMW Genius role at BMW of Raleigh focuses on educating customers about the latest technology in their new BMW, providing post-sale support, and ensuring a seamless delivery process.
Responsibilities
- Educate customers about the latest and greatest technology in their new BMW
- Meet with clients after the sale to address all questions regarding vehicle operation
- Make follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all technological aspects of vehicles
- Communicate effectively, efficiently, and promptly to all guests
- Inspect each vehicle being delivered to ensure exemplary customer service and a smooth delivery process
- Thoroughly complete all associate paperwork with the delivery
- Maintain a professional image in appearance, words, and actions
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Ability to communicate effectively, efficiently, and timely to all guests
- Ability to follow-up with customers in a timely manner and schedule initial service appointments
- Ability to explain all features on the vehicles (personal settings, navigation, Bluetooth and garage door pairing), the loaner vehicle process, warranty features, roadside assistance, and maintenance schedules
- Ability to introduce customers to the service department team and assist with any follow-up questions
Qualifications
