Responsibilities
- Informing customers on product specifications of all BMW products and features.
- Conducting the need analysis together with the customer.
- Managing the test drive process.
- Keeping the product knowledge within the dealership at high level.
- Supporting the Sales Consultants during the sales process.
- Being the main point of contact for the customer to answer any questions about products including usage and/or functions.
- Maintain an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction.
- Continually learn about product updates, features, accessories, inventory and their benefits to the customer.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required.
- Other Duties as requested.
Qualifications
- Highly motivated with strong enthusiasm for BMW as well as a high affinity for technology.
- Enjoys learning about innovative technologies.
- Must have high-energy personality.
- Confidence in your ability to be successful.
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Must have a valid California driver's license with no restrictions.
- Able to work well with others.
- Experience representing a luxury/prestige brand OR product/marketing is a preferred but not mandatory.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
