About the role

We are BMW MINI of Rockland, a part of the fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail and service. We are seeking talented BMW Client Sales Advisors to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to BMW clients, both during and after the sale.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide comprehensive automotive solutions.
• Adapt to a commission-based compensation structure, which may vary based on individual performance and market conditions.

Requirements

• No prior auto sales experience required. Training provided.
• Desire to succeed and advance within the company.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in personal abilities to achieve success.
• A positive attitude and energetic personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and in a performance-driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license in the applicable state with a good driving record.

Pay

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $6,500–$10,000.
