BMW Motorcycle Sales Advisor
About the role
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional dealership experience from the moment they arrive. Build relationships by understanding each customer's riding experience, needs, and lifestyle. Present and demonstrate BMW motorcycles, features, technology, and accessories with enthusiasm and expertise. Guide customers through the entire purchase process, including financing and available protection products. Maintain ongoing communication before, during, and after the sale to build long-term customer loyalty. Develop business through prospecting, referrals, repeat customers, and community involvement. Stay current on BMW Motorrad products, promotions, financing programs, and industry trends. Maintain accurate customer records using dealership CRM tools. Meet and exceed individual and dealership sales goals while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Support dealership events, motorcycle rides, and promotional activities when appropriate.

Requirements
- Previous powersports, motorcycle, automotive, or luxury retail sales experience preferred.
- Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle is highly desired.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Competitive drive and desire to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Basic computer and CRM proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Motorcycle endorsement is required.
