Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a comfortable and relaxed setting to understand their needs
- Discuss vehicle options, features, and benefits in a clear and informative manner
- Prepare accurate quotes and explain finance and lease options thoroughly
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to internet leads promptly
- Follow up with customers through phone, internet, and dealership technology platforms
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales expertise
- Master in-depth knowledge of vehicle technology and features
- Conduct vehicle test drives with customers to showcase key features
- Prospect and generate new sales leads actively
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for every client
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times
- Be available to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace; all candidates must successfully pass a drug test
- Outgoing and personable demeanor with proven expertise in building and sustaining relationships—truly a "people person"
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including polished presentation abilities and proficiency in MS Office
- Capability to create and upload engaging videos across social media platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter
- Previous automotive sales experience required; high-line automotive sales experience preferred
