Hiring a BlueCard Configuration & Production Support Lead to own BlueCard configuration within HealthRules Payor (HRP), supporting a major go-live and post-go-live stabilization. What You'll Do Own BlueCard configuration activities end-to-end including backend configuration logic and system integration, not just front-end benefit setup serve as the primary escalation point for production issues, diagnose and resolve configuration defects impacting claims processing, and support knowledge transfer as HealthEdge transitions off the program. What You Need 7+ years healthcare payer experience 5+ years BlueCard experience 5+ years HRP experience, or 5 10+ years with Facets, QNXT, or similar core systems (HRP strongly preferred, not required) Strong technical/backend depth this is not a front-end benefit configuration role. The client needs someone comfortable working at the system architecture/backend integration level, not solely within front-end configuration tools (e.g., Benefits Designer-type interfaces) Experience with ITS transaction coding/development is a plus Experience supporting large-scale payer implementations and go-lives Prior Consulting Or Managed Services Experience Strongly Preferred Important: This is a true consulting engagement supporting a critical go-live expect hours beyond standard 8-hour days/40-hour weeks, especially around the October 1st go-live and hypercare period.
