About the role
The Production Support Lead will be responsible for providing hands-on production support in MDM implementations and IDQ operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Informatica MDM and IDQ systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Document and maintain knowledge base of best practices and solutions
- Participate in project kickoffs, reviews, and closeouts
Requirements
- Strong experience with Informatica MDM and Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
- Hands-on production support experience in MDM implementations and IDQ operations
- Familiarity with complementary technologies
Qualifications
- US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD
- Full-time onsite at the client location
