Responsibilities
- Supervise & lead a small team
- Provide positive direction & training to maximize efficiency & overall morale
- Track production paperwork
- Blend, sew & stack bags
- Regularly lift up to 55lbs
- Work in a dusty environment
Requirements
- Detailed, well organized & a self-starter
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Basic math comprehension
- Personal hygiene care
- ServSafe, SQF & HACCP certification a plus
Qualifications
- A prime candidate
