Blender Helper - 2nd Shift

About the role

Responsibilities

• Work with hand tools, knives, machinery and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer.
• Perform essential production tasks and support coworkers.
• Contribute to a positive work environment, maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure products reach families across America.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and teamwork standards.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to work shifts, including overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in various environments, including cold and warm areas, wet and humid conditions, and around strong smells.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, twisting, lifting up to 30 lbs, and using mechanical assistance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a similar production environment preferred.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
