Black Girl Gamers

Since its foundation in 2015, Black Girl Gamers (BGG) has grown from a small Facebook group into a thriving collective of 8,500+ Black women around the globe, united by a shared passion for gaming and a commitment to driving industry change. What began as a like-minded group of friends has evolved into a community-powered business and an influential agent of change in gaming. BGG partners with endemic and non-endemic brands—including Google, Facebook, Netflix, and others—to advance representation, equity, and experiences for Black women in gaming through content, events, education, consulting, and talent initiatives.
