About the role
The Bistro Manager collaborates with the Executive Chef to direct the Bistro's operations, ensuring quality services and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Aid in planning, organizing, and implementing the Bistro’s food and beverage service programs.
- Maximize customer satisfaction by preparing and delivering high-quality services.
- Coordinate food-related activities with other departments.
- Develop, maintain, and implement Bistro policies and procedures.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as form completion, report preparation, and study execution.
- Supervise Bistro personnel, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Requirements
- ServSafe Manager and Allergen Trained
- Starbucks Barista Trained
- Knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines for nursing care facilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of food service laws, regulations, and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments.
- Ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
