Bistro Bartender/Food & Beverage Associate

Position Summary

Join our team as a PM Bistro Bartender / Food & Beverage Associate! In this role, you'll provide exceptional guest service while preparing and serving food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee beverages, and grab-and-go items in our evening Bistro. This position is part of a two-person team, requiring flexibility, teamwork, and a hands-on approach to all aspects of the operation. Qualifications

• Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, café, or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems preferred.
• TIPS Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 30 days; company provided).
• Food Handler Certification preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, professional service to hotel guests.
• Prepare and serve food, cocktails, beer, wine, coffee, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Operate POS systems and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the Bistro, bar, and dining areas.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
• Aid with inventory, restocking, dishwashing, and cleaning throughout the shift.
• Complete opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and equipment shutdown.
• Work closely with your teammate to ensure smooth evening operations.
