Biomed Service Specialist - Field Technician

About the role

This position involves keeping DaVita's life-giving dialysis treatments "up and running" in clinics across the Trussville, AL area. The ideal candidate will have mechanical abilities, repairs, strong electronics knowledge, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service Dialysis Machines
• Perform on-call rotations when needed
• Communicate openly, honestly, and frequently with team members
• Use MS Office applications and navigate the internet for work purposes

Requirements

• High School Diploma (GED)
• Valid driver’s license
• Close proximity to clinics and hospitals in the area

Qualifications

• Preferred: Previous experience with similar work
• Demonstrated aptitude for the required skills

Skills

• Mechanical abilities
• Strong electronics knowledge and diagnostics
• Great communications skills
• Solid computer skills (MS Office, internet navigation)
