Biologics Account Manager (Seattle, Washington)

What will you be doing?

You will be responsible for converting physicians and accounts by making sales calls and providing clinical case coverage in the operating room. You will also train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education programs within your territory.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Your success relies on your Biologics and Sports Medicine technical expertise and your ability to build strong relationships, enhancing access to customers and delivering data-driven, trusted solutions.
  • You will develop an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet or exceed your quota.
  • We are looking for candidates with:
    • A minimum of 6 years of direct sales experience, with at least 4 years of experience within a medical or hospital environment preferred
    • Experience selling technology and/or capital products to multiple call points within a hospital, including surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, biomedical, and information systems
    • Demonstrated success in achieving quota year over year
    • Proven success in complex sales environments, with the ability to sell to teams of buyers and multiple decision-makers in a hospital or medical setting
    • Self-motivated salespeople who are committed to driving the business forward by taking strategic responsibility for your area, working with your customers to deliver the best solutions for our patients!
    • Results-driven champions who are passionate about forming relationships to increase sales revenue within the territory and impact patient outcomes!
    • Resourceful consultants who will work relentlessly to become proficient in Sports Medicine surgical procedures.

Travel Requirements

Within designated sales territory with 1-3 overnights a week depending on the geography of the territory. Infrequent national travel for events and conferences.

Pay

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
