Job Requirements
- Salary Range: $42,000- 53,000 yearly
- Must be able to work both Day/Swing shifts
What Does a Bingo Supervisor Do?
- Ensures adequate staffing with Bingo Callers, Bingo Service Rep Is, and Bingo Service Rep IIs.
- Trains and develops Team Members in Bingo Operations.
- Maintains efficient training, break, and monthly shift schedules.
- Maintains knowledge of Bingo Operations internal functions, controls, and software updates.
- Presents as a positive role model for the Bingo team.
- Practices high ethical standards and promotes a fun and inviting atmosphere.

Work Experience
- A High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma is required.
- A College degree is preferred.
- Two years of experience in Bingo Operations or gaming is required.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Above average verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Outstanding guest service skills are necessary.
- Previous money handling experience with basic math skills is required.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, is needed.
- The ability to organize/prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously is essential.
- The ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and accommodate a flexible work schedule is important.
- The ability to stand/walk for long periods of time and lift up to 41 - 50 pounds is required.
