Description

Responsible for the supervision and completion of bingo assigned tasks in a timely and responsible manner.

Essential Functions

  • Supervises all aspects of daily operations of Bingo operations.
  • Manages employees during the shift and ensures appropriate professional standards of behavior, work standards, productivity, practices, and customer care are enforced.
  • Maintains effective communication within the team and attends meetings and training sessions when required.
  • Ensures that Bingo operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds policies and procedures.
  • Complies and balances cash receipts at the end of the day and/or shift.
  • Serves as back up to Bingo Manager.
  • Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
  • Identifies & reports any irregular, unsafe or hazardous conditions.
  • Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in program processes or services.
  • Conducts bingo drawings and promotions for the session, including announcements over the microphone.
  • All other duties as assigned.

  • Educational Requirements
    • High School diploma or GED.
  • Experience Requirements
    • One year of Bingo experience preferred.
    • Six months of supervisory experience.
  • Computer Skills
    • Microsoft Office basic level to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Certificates & Licenses
    • Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
  • Other Requirements
    • Ability to supervise a large number of people in a fast paced, challenging environment.
    • Knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the rules, laws, and regulations governing them.

Working Conditions

  • Conditions of employment include passing a pre-employment drug screen, a background investigation, and completing a 180-day introductory period.
