Description
Responsible for the supervision and completion of bingo assigned tasks in a timely and responsible manner.
Essential Functions
- Supervises all aspects of daily operations of Bingo operations.
- Manages employees during the shift and ensures appropriate professional standards of behavior, work standards, productivity, practices, and customer care are enforced.
- Maintains effective communication within the team and attends meetings and training sessions when required.
- Ensures that Bingo operations are in compliance with Chinook Winds policies and procedures.
- Complies and balances cash receipts at the end of the day and/or shift.
- Serves as back up to Bingo Manager.
- Maintains general knowledge and provides information to guests of Chinook Winds Casino Resort events, programs, and services.
- Identifies & reports any irregular, unsafe or hazardous conditions.
- Provides input or recommendations for improvements and changes in program processes or services.
- Conducts bingo drawings and promotions for the session, including announcements over the microphone.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Educational Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Experience Requirements
- One year of Bingo experience preferred.
- Six months of supervisory experience.
- Computer Skills
- Microsoft Office basic level to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Certificates & Licenses
- Must obtain a Siletz Tribal Gaming License.
- Other Requirements
- Ability to supervise a large number of people in a fast paced, challenging environment.
- Knowledge of the Gaming Industry and the rules, laws, and regulations governing them.
