Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team (approx. 10–15 team members) to ensure daily productivity and deliverables
- Drive workflow coordination, task allocation, and output tracking across projects
- Act as the main liaison between internal teams and project stakeholders (including TSMC)
- Lead daily team huddles, provide updates, and ensure alignment on priorities
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Ensure accountability, performance tracking, and team execution
- Support cross-functional coordination between design, engineering, and project teams
- Participate in meetings and provide clear reporting on team progress and performance
- Maintain a structured, organized, and efficient working environment
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in team leadership, operations, or workflow management
- Proven experience managing teams (10+ people preferred)
- Background in manufacturing, logistics, construction, or operations environments preferred
- Strong leadership presence — take-charge, proactive, and able to drive team performance
- Comfortable being on the floor with the team (hands-on leadership style)
- Strong communication and coordination skills across teams and stakeholders
- Able to manage priorities, timelines, and team output in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with large-scale projects or clients (TSMC or similar environments is a plus)
- Exposure to BIM, construction coordination, or engineering environments
- Experience in semiconductor, data center, or mission-critical projects
- Familiarity with structured workflows, lean processes, or process improvement
