Join a dynamic team focused on innovative construction projects. We are seeking a BIM Modeler to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications
• Generate detailed documentation and reports from BIM models
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in BIM modeling
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Qualifications

• Experience with BIM coordination and clash detection
• Knowledge of building codes and standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD and/or other CAD software
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
