BIM Modeler

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed 2D/3D models of electrical systems, including conduit, switchgear, panels, fixtures, duct banks, vaults, hangers, and prefabrication racks.
• Generate schedules and extract information from models to support fabrication and coordination efforts.
• Collaborate with trade BIM technicians to resolve clashes and ensure timely project coordination.
• Utilize Bluebeam markups and export data to assist fabrication teams.
• Assist in extracting site elevations from Civil files for accurate modeling.

Qualifications & Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and collaboration tools like BIM Collaborate Pro.
• Ability to interpret contract documents and produce installation and prefab drawings.
• Basic electrical knowledge and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
