Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 2D/3D models of electrical systems, including conduit, switchgear, panels, fixtures, duct banks, vaults, hangers, and prefabrication racks.
- Generate schedules and extract information from models to support fabrication and coordination efforts.
- Collaborate with trade BIM technicians to resolve clashes and ensure timely project coordination.
- Utilize Bluebeam markups and export data to assist fabrication teams.
- Assist in extracting site elevations from Civil files for accurate modeling.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and collaboration tools like BIM Collaborate Pro.
- Ability to interpret contract documents and produce installation and prefab drawings.
- Basic electrical knowledge and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
