Billing Specialist -- St. Louis, MO

Basic Functions

• Create invoices and credit memos.
• Issue invoices to customers by all necessary means.
• Update customer files.
• Perform other accounting functions as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Likely legally eligible to work in the United States (verified through E-Verify).
• Able to interpret and follow written and oral instructions and assignments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping/accounting principles.
