Billing Specialist - Salt Lake City, UT

Responsibilities

• Process daily customer invoices
• Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to billing
• Foster effective communication with internal employees and customers regarding purchase orders, invoices, and payment status
• Perform month-end close tasks as needed, which may include reconciliations, revenue-cost matching, and reviewing various reports to ensure billing completeness and accuracy
• Absorb external audit support
• Absorb other accounting-related duties and projects as assigned

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Familiarity with basic accounting software programs
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Willingness to take initiative, think creatively, and solve complex problems

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Basware, Microsoft Office, DOMO, Slack, and Zoom (experience preferred but not required)

Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills

Pay

The Hourly rate for this role is $29-$31, however, Packsize considers several factors when determining compensation when extending a job offer, including but not limited to, the role being offered, the associated responsibilities, the candidate's prior work experience, education/training, and any special skills.
