Strong knowledge of Physician Billing including ICD-10, HCPCS/CPT procedure codes and modifiers (when applicable.) Solid knowledge of working holds, denials and following-up on insurance claims. Department: Bergen Neurology Location: Englewood Status: FT Shift Hours: 9am-5pm** **Job Essentials: The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements and competencies.** Minimum of three or more years of Physician Billing experience required. Strong communication, follow up and interpersonal skills required. Knowledge of Anatomy/Physiology, Medical Terminology and insurance skills. Experience with EPIC and Athena Health Collector software desirable. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
