Billing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full monthly proforma billing cycle from preparation through final submission.
• Prepare, review, and edit proformas to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure invoices meet client billing guidelines and requirements.
• Submit invoices through electronic billing platforms.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with billing processes and invoice management.
• Background in accounts receivable and payment tracking.
• Prior banking or teller experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of billing, invoicing, and collections procedures.

Compensation

$65-70K
