Join Our Corporate Operations Team
ECG’s Corporate Operations team has 110-plus employees associated with ECG offices across the country. These team members keep the business running, manage payroll and benefits, ensure deliverables are high-quality, hire and train employees, market our services, streamline business processes, and much more.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an up-to-date billing system.
- Generate invoices.
- Perform billing and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Maintain invoicing files and records.
- Review contracts to ensure accuracy in project setup.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Aid in monthly close activities and perform reconciliation duties, as well as other financial responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in accounting or a related field (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Two or more years of billing experience.
- One or more years of experience with Deltek Vantagepoint software.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Job Locations
Chicago, Minneapolis, or San Diego. This position has in-office responsibilities. Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with days in the office and days remote.

Pay
The estimated base salary range for this job is $34.62 - $37.02 hourly. It represents a good faith estimate of the range that ECG reasonably expects to pay at the time of the job posting.
