Billing Offshore Coordinator

About the role

The Billing Offshore Coordinator is responsible for coordinating key billing and cash management functions to support the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. This role serves as the primary liaison between the onshore billing team and the offshore operations team, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient completion of daily billing support activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between onshore billing team and offshore operations team
• Coordinate daily billing support activities to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion
• Support billing workflows, payment processing, reporting, and operational activities
• Assign work to offshore operational teams
• Monitor productivity and ensure quality of work
• Ensure established service level agreements (SLAs) are met

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare industry, preferably in a laboratory environment
• Demonstrated knowledge of billing operations, payment posting, cash reconciliation, and accounts receivable processes
• Strong proficiency in XIFIN or a comparable healthcare revenue cycle management system
• Experience supporting billing workflows, payment processing, reporting, and operational activities
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading offshore or remote operational teams, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, ensuring quality, and meeting established SLAs
• Must be able to work from home and live in the United States

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm Pacific time.

Pay

Hiring range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
