Reimbursement Offshore Coordinator

This role serves as the primary liaison between the onshore reimbursement team and the offshore operations team, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient completion of daily reimbursement support activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate key reimbursement support functions to ensure efficient execution of prior authorization, medical records retrieval, and appeals activities in support of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.
• Assign work, monitor productivity, ensure quality, and meet established service level agreements (SLAs) for offshore or remote operational teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management within the healthcare industry, preferably in a laboratory or diagnostic environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement operations, including prior authorizations, medical record retrieval, appeals, and payer requirements.
• Strong proficiency in XIFIN or a comparable healthcare revenue cycle management system, with experience supporting reimbursement workflows, work queue management, reporting, and operational activities.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading offshore or remote operational teams.
• Ability to work from home and live in the United States.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM (Pacific Time).

Pay

Hiring range: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour. The actual rate will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
