Billin Coordinator

BSSP is seeking a Billing Coordinator who excels in detail-oriented work. This role involves sitting at the intersection of Finance, Account, and Production, ensuring that billing processes are efficient and accurate.

What You'll Do

• Act as the bridge between Finance, Account, and Production to streamline billing processes.
• Prepare and send client invoices and billing packages with appropriate supporting documents.
• Maintain project billing status reports and ensure timely final billings.
• Track and update client Purchase Orders (POs), estimates, and budget documentation.
• Monitor vendor invoices, expenses, and open POs to facilitate project closure.
• Review travel and production expenses for accuracy and adherence to policies.
• Help maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation.
• Support the finance team with billing coordination and other accounting tasks.

What You Bring

• 2-3 years of experience in billing, bookkeeping, accounting, or finance support.
• A strong focus on attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.
• The ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience working across different teams and communicating effectively with finance, account, and production partners.
• Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with standard accounting or agency finance systems.
• A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

Pay Range

The pay range for this role is $60,000 - $75,000 USD per year. The position is based in Sausalito, Bay Area, with a combination of onsite (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) and remote (Monday/Friday) work schedules.
