About the Role

As part of the El Toro Auto Group, you'll work with a team that values integrity, teamwork, and professional growth while supporting one of South Texas' premier Ford dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Process and post new and used vehicle deals accurately and efficiently.
• Review sales and finance paperwork for completeness and compliance.
• Verify contracts, funding documents, and supporting paperwork.
• Stock in vehicle purchases, dealer trades, and wholesale transactions.
• Reconcile accounting schedules and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate digital and paper deal files.
• Aid with month-end accounting procedures and reporting.

Requirements

• Average 1-3 years of automotive dealership billing or accounting experience.
• Dealertrack DMS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced dealership environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
