LINK Support Services is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in systems, analyzing data, and making a real impact. This role supports Skilled Nursing Facilities by using technology and data to identify and bill Medicare Part B ancillary services, helping facilities maintain financial stability so caregivers can focus on residents.

About The Company

LINK Support Services is an Ensign Services affiliated entity serving over 400 Skilled Nursing Facilities by providing Part B Ancillary Billing Services and identifying lost revenue opportunities. Facilities operate independently without a traditional corporate hierarchy and are supported by Ensign’s “Service Center,” which provides centralized legal, HR, training, accounting, IT, and other resources. Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Navigate multiple systems and clinical data to identify and bill Medicare Part B services.
  • Analyze data to uncover billing opportunities and performance trends.
  • Verify patient eligibility and track claim status.
  • Report KPIs and key metrics.
  • Support system updates, process improvements, and virtual partners.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong computer skills and confidence working across multiple systems.
  • Experience organizing, validating, and analyzing data.
  • Comfort with EMR platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Experience with PointClickCare (PCC), Medicare, or SNF operations, preferred.

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel is required.
  • Pre-employment criminal background screening required.

Pay

Compensation Range: $20.00–$29.00 hourly, DOE; bonus eligible.

Schedule

Full-Time.
