About the Opportunity:The Billing Associate Specialist is responsible for managing billing processes to ensure accurate and timely client billing in accordance with contracts. The role supports organizational goals by handling billing, correspondence, and document scanning activities, contributing to regulatory compliance and efficient revenue cycle operations. 3. Responsibilities:Manage client billing and ensure procedures comply with contract termsReview and update client statements as necessaryPrint and mail paper and secondary claimsScan documents to patient accountsReview correspondence and perform required follow-upPerform other duties as assigned 4. Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredCertified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) certification required within 9 months of hire (company paid)1-2 years hospital billing experience requiredPreferred experience in hospital operations, compliance, provider relations, insurance follow-up, home health care billingExperience with Epic system and with Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, and managed careOpenness to innovation including AI for process improvementAbility to travel and work onsite at client or corporate locations as needed 5.
