Role Overview The Team Lead will oversee billing, financial assistance, insurance processes, and revenue cycle management. Key Responsibilities Supervise a small team handling patient registration, insurance verification, prior authorizations, claims submission, and follow-up to maximize collections and minimize denials.Coordinate financial assistance programs and payment plans for underserved populations.Ensure compliance with payer policies and regulatory standards.Generate revenue reports to support organizational decision-making.Collaborate with clinical, finance, and front-desk staff in a community-focused environment.
