Primary Responsibilities
- Train team members and perform quality reviews on processes for authorizations, eligibility verification, and billing/collections to ensure efficiency and timeliness
- Resolve customer requests and concerns expediently and respectfully
- Assist with administrative duties related to quality assurance, education, and process improvement
- Track and resolve urgent requests, ensuring proper procedures
- Monitor, research, compile, and report findings to leadership utilizing Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint
- Troubleshoot processes and review with Supervisor/Manager
- Provide feedback on team member performance for training opportunities
- Serve as a backup for authorization, eligibility, and collections
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in medical billing, collections, or business office experience in a home health, hospice, or personal care services setting
- Medical terminology knowledge
- Basic PC skills, including MS Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- 6+ months of revenue cycle experience
- Personal Care Services billing/collection experience
Pay
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Hourly Pay Range
The hourly pay for this role will range from $19.55 to $29.35 per hour based on full-time employment.
